Transitions are challenging, but transitions are actually daily...we don't often notice the minimal ones but feel the major ones.
How can leaders not be thrown off by transitions?
I do believe that Leaders need to be anticipate without anxiousness.
And Leaders need to be more prepared than planned out.
But the biggest key dynamics is Leaders need a safe place to talk .... where's your safe place to talk??
