10 things require ZERO talent:

1. Being on time. Just set an alarm, honor other peoples times more than your own.

2. Work ethic. Grit, Grind and Get it done.

3. Putting in effort. Model it with all you do.

4. Being optimistic. Negative Naysayers are not helpful in teams. Be a voice of encouragement.

5. Being passionate. Model what excites you, it’s ok.

6. Being teachable. Always be learning.

7. Being prepared. Think ahead and if you’re caught off guard learn for the next go round.

8. Doing extra. Care = Character

9. Being encouraging. I’ve never met someone who doesn’t like being encouraged.

10. Being kind. People matter
